I Declare It’s Cake and Tea Time!

During the Dutch colonial rule in Indonesia, it was a custom to drink tea and eat cake everyday at 4:00 pm. Therefore, on behalf of my culture, I declare it’s cake and tea time for everyone!
I want to buy it so I’ll finally have an excuse to say
(insert name here), wait! Before you go out, take these w/you just in case
If one day Hershey decides to bring this back to the Canadian market, I’ll die happy~
